Product Terms

• Products (Resources) may not be distributed or displayed digitally.

• Our website, its content and our products contain intellectual property owned by us, including trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information and other intellectual property.

• You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of our intellectual property, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.

• Failure to comply is a copyright infringement and a violation of the Copyright Act 1968.

Individual Subscriptions - Buy Here

• Individual subscriptions are for one person and can not be shared with others. Doing so breaches the agreement accepted at the point of purchase.

• Purchases for more than one person can be done through the Team Subscription area. 

• Individual subscribers can download the resources as many times as they wish but for their sole use.

Team Subscriptions - Buy Here

• The Team Subscriptions are limited to those working at an individual school or people who purchased as a group (E.G a group of homeschooling parents.) The team subscription is not transferable to another school or group. 

• If a person leaves a school or group they are no longer eligible to the "Team Subscription" and will need to notify Bex Teaching Resources.

• Team Coupons may not be shared with anyone outside of the Team Subscription.

• Members' accounts logins are not to be shared and will result in immediate cancellation of service. 

• Subscriptions automatically update every 12 months from the date of purchase. 

• The subscription needs to be cancelled before it is due if you no longer wish to renew your subscription.  You can do this from the My Subscriptions page in your member's area.
